*1. Food employee was observed washing tongs for hot holding roller in the front handwashing sink. All warewashing must be conducted at the 3-compartment sink with required sanitizing procedure. Affected wares were relocated to the 3-compartment sink during inspection.
2. Interior and exterior surfaces of the ice chute on the self-service beverage dispenser contains a black, mold-like accumulation. Ice chute was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Pizza slices on display are not labeled to indicate a time by which they are to be sold, or discarded. If time, rather than temperature, is used as the public health control the food must be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
